Schedule Correction Requests
Please read carefully before submitting:
Schedule Correction Requests end on August 28, 2026 at 2:30 PM
Schedule correction requests are only reviewed for errors that affect graduation requirements or proper academic placement.
Use this form only if your schedule has an error such as:
- A course you've already passed
- A failed course you need to retake
- A missing course required for graduation
- Being placed in the wrong level or sequence (e.g., you're in Spanish 2 but did not take Spanish 1, or switching between standard and honors)
- Two courses scheduled in the same period or a period with no course scheduled
Changes will not be made for:
- Electives
- Teacher or course period preference
- Lunch period preference
Please note:
- You may only make one request.
- Not all requests can be granted.
- Schedule requests submitted by phone or email will not be accepted.
The form below will be accessible after schedule pick up.
