Schedule Correction Requests
Please read carefully before submitting: Spring 2026 Schedule Correction Requests close January 28, 2026 at 2:30 PM
Use this form only if your schedule has an error such as:
- A course you've already passed
- A failed course you need to retake
- A missing course required for graduation
- Being placed in the wrong level (e.g., Spanish 2 instead of Spanish 1, or switching between standard and honors)
- Two courses scheduled in the same period or a period with no class
We cannot make changes for:
- Teacher or course period preference
- Electives chosen during registration
- Lunch period preference
We can only process requests that affect your ability to graduate.
You may submit this form only once. Not all requests can be granted.
We do not accept schedule change requests by email.
Please be considerate of your counselor's time. If you submit a request, we will get to it when we are able. Please DO NOT stop by your counselor's office to be updated on the status of your request.
