Archived Information from 2020-21 is Below

White Oak High School is a member of the 3A Coastal Conference and is proud of our athletic program.  Students are encouraged to support the athletic program by participating as an athlete or a fan.

TICKETS/SPECTATORS

  • COVID-19 regulations beyond the school and system levels have seriously limited our ability for fans to attend events.
  • All fans must adhere to regulations including use of masks and proper distance between families/groups.
  • For Volleyball & Basketball, "Tickets" are only available by way of a season's pass.  These passes are sports specific and simply cover the cost of attending each event. To obtain one, contact the main office.  We are only permitted to have 25 spectators per game.  The gym must be cleared and cleaned between JV and Varsity events.  JV and Varsity passes are separate purchases.
  • Cross-Country "tickets" are handled on site.  Outside crowd limits apply as does social distancing regulations.
  • Beginning with Soccer, Lacrosse and presumably beyond, the district is utilizing the online school fee system to sell tickets.  For Soccer and Lacrosse, 75 home and 25 away tickets are available.  (Football is likely to have a different home/away split...  possibly with only home tickets).
  • To purchase tickets through the online system, you will need to go to the same site to pay any school fees.  https://onslow.schoolcashonline.com/.  Another way to the same place... www.onslow.k12.nc.us/tickets .  If you go to the general site, you can click ITEMS in the upper right to access all events.   You don’t have to register for an account for this purpose, but if you already have an account to pay school fees, this uses the same system.
  • For away events, the host school is responsible for setting up the ticket process.  However, https://onslow.schoolcashonline.com/ is the same pay system for all in-county schools.

UPDATE 2/25/21- Governor Cooper has issued an executive order that will allow for an increased number of spectators at our stadium beginning on 2/26/21 @ 5pm.  As a result, we are increasing the number of tickets available for outside events.   The previous limit of 100 home spectators will increase by a few hundred and can now include visitors.  While the new order allows us to have a crowd size of up to 30% of our fire code capacity in the stadium, we are also required to adjust for distancing (6 feet).

ORDERING TICKETS???-  It is the same process.  Online only.   Go to www.onslow.k12.nc.us/tickets (that is the SchoolCashOnline link to ALL items/ ALL events for ALL schools. Go there, scroll down and find the event).

All spectators, please note:

  • All ticket sales are online. The gate can’t be the point of sale at this time.
  • Have your online ticket, name, and ID (for good measure) in order to gain entrance.
  • Please be prepared for COVID Screening:
    • Temperature Check (those at 100 F or more can’t enter)
    • Being able answer “NO” to the COVID questions:
      • Have you tested positive for COVID in that last 14 days?
      • Have you recently been advised to quarantine?
      • Have you had a close contact with or live in a home with someone who is COVID positive?
      • Do you have any COVID symptoms not explained by some other circumstance (fever, chills, headache, fatigue, sore throat, congestion, diarrhea, nausea, vomiting, shortness of breath, difficulty breathing, new cough, muscle or body aches, recent loss of taste or smell, etc.).
    • All spectators must wear a mask properly over mouth and nose.
    • Members of the same household may sit together, but individuals or groups of from different households must maintain 6 feet of distance in the stands.
    • With the exception of those going to or from concessions, the restroom, etc., all parties must remain seated in the bleachers. (No standing at the fence, no standing on the track, no outside chairs, etc.).
    • Concessions will be opened for the sale of off-site, pre-packaged items only.
